The term fidget has long been associated with the bothersome and unproductive actions of people who are unable to focus, are tense, or are rude. The phrase has been used to describe unruly kids and distracted adults. But what if there are untapped benefits to fidgeting? By highlighting these advantages of fidgeting, the project SENSE redefines it. The set, which consists of a ring and a keychain, helps people with ADHD and the general public focus more. This set of designed objects take the form of objects that are typically always on hand, giving users an outlet of convenience. Through design and based on research, these objects have the potential to sharpen focus and act as a stress reliever. SENSE is a hand-centric collection of objects meant to aid the wearer in productive fidgeting.
