Art & Design Now (Year-End Show 2025)

Welcome! We’re thrilled for you to see the publication for Art & Design Now, VCUarts Qatar’s year-end show, where you’ll view the incredible work of our graduating students and witness the rise of Qatar’s next wave of creative talent!

The exhibition featured work from over 70 emerging artists and designers, representing the impressive breadth of our six degree-granting programs Art History, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Interior Design, Painting and Printmaking, and Master of Fine Arts in Design.

This event was remarkable as it was our first time holding our end of year show at a venue ‘off campus’ and what better place than in the heart of Doha’s Msheireb Downtown. We were thrilled to be hosted by M7 and to activate their stunning space with the work of our talented students.

I invite you to get to know this inspiring group of students through their creations. Each piece is a testament to the boundless innovation, passion, and dedication of the class of 2025.

Also on view were projects by our Art Foundation and Kinetic Imaging programs, which help to ignite and inspire our students on their learning journeys. VCUarts Qatar has grown from a bold idea into a cultural force, making a lasting impact through the inspiring achievements of our students and alumni—and contributing to the thriving creative economy that’s shaping our future.
