  • This policy applies regardless of the number of sessions attended or missed, including circumstances involving illness, family emergencies, unexpected travel, work commitments, scheduling conflicts, or other unforeseen personal situations.
  • Participants who are unable to attend or complete a course remain responsible for the full registration fee. Missed sessions are not eligible for prorated refunds or reimbursement.
  • In exceptional circumstances, VCUarts Qatar may, at its sole discretion, consider alternative arrangements, including partial credit toward a future course. Such arrangements are subject to institutional approval, are not guaranteed, and do not establish a precedent for future requests.

7.5. Cancellations or Postponements by VCUarts Qatar

  • If VCUarts Qatar cancels a course or workshop, registered participants will be eligible for a full refund or may elect to transfer their registration to another available course, subject to applicable arrangements.

They have read and understood the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Course fees cover the complete program and are not calculated on a per-session basis.

  • Certificates are awarded only upon successful completion of all coursework, assignments, attendance requirements, and any other course-specific requirements.
  • Attendance alone does not guarantee the issuance of a certificate.
