“Chariot’s Carousel” is an interactive analog platform that explores the human fascination with meaning-making by offering a fresh perspective on divinatory readings which are often perceived as archaic and intimidating. The project packages traditional wisdom and ancient rituals in a compact and efficient board housing a set of three spinners that present the user with a concise and instant reading. Reminiscent of the tactile experience of tarot, the spinners operate by providing a series of symbol combinations utilizing a unique visual language that translates into a divinatory message. My goal is to bridge the gap between the past and present, offering a transformative experience that reflects our fast-paced lifestyles while preserving timeless wisdom.
