Eco Luxury Lab: Denim, Designers and Divas by Bill Curtin

About this class

With sustainability being the new focus and responsibility of the luxury sector, both locally and globally, the Fashion Design department at VCUarts Qatar has launched a new initiative called Eco-Luxury Laboratory (Eco Lux Lab), supported by the Community & Continuing Education Program. 

Participants are invited into BPD Washhouse, where the founder and premier denim developer Bill Curtin will explain his creative design process and journey of denim washes such as wet and dry techniques. During this Denim 101 class, Bill will also focus on the new codes of sustainability, Pure Denim, and his experience designing for celebrities and high-end brands.
