The workshop will dive into discussions on the potential real-world impact and reach of these posters
This highly-interactive creative experience will explore the role of design in social activism. participants will craft activism-inspired posters focusing around a topic of their choosing. At the end of the workshop, each participant/ group will share a brief presentation on their poster and the inspiration driving it. The workshop will dive into discussions on the potential real-world impact and reach of these posters.

The workshop will be led by VCUarts Qatar alumnus and internationally renowned illustrator Hazem Asif who has worked with internationally renowned entities such as Google, Harper Collins, Bloomsbury, Zee5, Walker Books, The Lancet HIV, Al Jazeera Media Network, Doha Film Institute, and Qatar Foundation.
The lab is open to all. No registration required.
