A 2-day development workshop for professionals in Advertising & Communications Design
Calling all Professionals in Advertising & Communications Design!
If you need a professional environment to help focus where you are going in your career, this workshop is for you. Here is an opportunity to pause and reflect on your career so far, to consider your values, strengths and needs, and develop tools to get you where you want to go.
You’ll also have the chance to meet fellow professionals living in Qatar. You will learn to strengthen your professional network – contacts that will be valuable long after the workshop is over.
About the workshop
This workshop is hosted by the Virginia Commonwealth University in Qatar Alumni Association, and will be facilitated by Zelda Harrison.
Zelda Harrison works as a consultant with organisations, businesses, and community groups. She holds degrees in International Marketing and Fine Art, and has worked in marketing and visual communications for 15 years.
Zelda is currently the President of the AIGA Centre for Cross-Cultural Design and active in a global network of designers (AIGA, ICOGRADA). She is dedicated to giving communications professionals skills in self-promotion and client management. Her greatest strengths are her ability to listen deeply, clarify issues and structure practical solutions.
Refreshments and meals will be provided.
