This interdisciplinary course integrates visual storytelling, design, and artistic expression. Participants explore the interconnectedness of these disciplines through hands-on projects, learning composition, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
From film posters to multimedia installations, participants express their artistic choices. Utilizing VCUarts Qatar resources, participants create elements for film projects, adding to their portfolios. By course end, participants exhibit their comprehensive understanding of integrated visual arts.

Moom Thahinah
Moom Thahinah is a graduate of Northwestern University, having earned a BSc in Media and Communications in 2022. She continued her academic journey at VCUQ, where she obtained an MFA in 2024.
Driven by a passion for interdisciplinary design, she continuously explores the boundaries of the medium of filmmaking, utilizing artistic elements to evoke emotions and convey compelling messages.
Her interests primarily lie in fiction and comedy, where she navigates the terrain of storytelling to evoke specific emotions, such as nostalgia and embracing barriers.
Her expertise extends to strategic communication, to craft impactful narratives and forge meaningful connections with audiences.
