Amid the ongoing regional situation the university has moved to remote operations and public access to its premises are not available. Information on scheduled activities will be communicated to individuals directly.

A 2 hour class to learn about Journaling, its different styles and physical and emotional benefits. This workshop is focused in Journaling intentionality and productivity. During the workshop, the attendees will be able to map different journaling spreads according to their needs for the future term.
Please note that all the following are optional. Attendees need a pen and notepad for this workshop.

Maria Marcela Daza Garcia Mayorca
Years of working in the Corporate world where the need for structure was evident shaped Marce’s future endeavors. After moving to Qatar in 2017, Journaling became a way to cope with the distance and new culture. Consistently journaling, and testing further her creativity, was the starting point to becoming a Journal Instructor initially with private students and later hosting Bullet Journal Workshops at Katara Art Center. When the Pandemic limited the onsite teaching, she moved to online learning having the chance to collaborate with PRC Pakistan in designing and hosting Masterclasses to help women, especially young mothers to cope with the Global unrest.
In 2021, the need to share the benefits of Journaling with others inspired Marce to enroll in a Journal Therapy Diploma and to become a Journaling Coach. As a Journaling coach, She helps others to find the right style of Journaling to get more organized in their daily lives, track or shape habits or ailments, explore and address their emotions, and/or release their creativity only to become the best version of themselves.
