By enrolling in any VCUarts Qatar Community & Continuing Education (CCE) course, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all aspects of participation, including registration, payments, class policies, and expected conduct.
When registering for a course through our official registration page, you acknowledge that you are agreeing to the most up-to-date Terms & Conditions as published on this page. VCUarts Qatar reserves the right to update or modify these terms, so we encourage you to review them regularly.

1. Booking and Payment
- All payments must be completed through the official online payment link provided on our website.
- Some courses may require a qualification test before registration. If applicable, participants must pass the test to become eligible to proceed with payment and enrollment.
- Participants who have not completed their payment will not be allowed to enter the classroom or attend the class.
- Unpaid participants will also not be eligible to receive a certificate upon completion of the course.
2. Registration Rules & Deadline
- Registration generally closes one week before the scheduled class start date. However, seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis until all spots are filled.
- Registrations are non-transferable, and only the registered participant is eligible to attend.
3. Seat Reservation
- Class seats are limited and will only be reserved upon full payment.
4. Minimum Enrollment Requirement
- Some classes have a minimum enrollment requirement.
- VCUarts Qatar reserves the right to cancel a class if enrollment is insufficient. In such cases, any paid fees will be fully refunded.
5. Confirmation Emails
- Enrollment confirmation emails will be sent approximately one week before the class start date.
6. Class Materials
- Participants are responsible for purchasing any required materials based on the provided materials list.
- Purchases should only be made after receiving official class confirmation.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Refunds are only available if requested at least seven days before the class start date, unless the class is canceled by VCUarts Qatar.
- If a class begins on a Monday, the refund request deadline is the previous Sunday.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 days but may take up to one month to reflect in your account.
- Class transfers or credit notes can be requested up to three days before the class starts. Credit notes are valid for one year and are non-transferable.
8. Certificates
- Certificates are awarded only upon completion of all coursework and requirements. Attendance alone does not guarantee a certificate.
- Participants who have not completed their payment in full will not receive a certificate.
- Certificates are not issued for Virtual Studios or Taster Classes unless otherwise stated.
9. Code of Conduct & Disciplinary Actions
VCUarts Qatar is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and professional learning environment. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Behavioral Expectations
Participants must:
- Treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect and professionalism.
- Follow all classroom rules and guidelines.
- Avoid bullying, harassment, or intimidation of any kind.
- Maintain proper online and in-person etiquette during sessions.
Consequences for Violations
If a participant violates the Code of Conduct, the following actions may be taken:
First Violation – Verbal or Written Warning
- A formal warning will be issued, informing the participant that their behavior is unacceptable.
Second Violation – Formal Notice & Temporary Suspension
- Continued misconduct may lead to temporary suspension from the class without a refund.
Third Violation – Permanent Removal & Future Enrollment Ban
- If inappropriate behavior persists, the participant may be permanently removed from the program and barred from future enrollment in VCUarts Qatar CCE courses.
VCUarts Qatar reserves the right to take immediate disciplinary action, including skipping initial warning steps, in cases of severe misconduct.
10. Permission for Duplication
- By enrolling, participants grant VCUarts Qatar permission to use images of their coursework for educational and promotional purposes.
11. Health & Safety
- Participants must follow all safety protocols as instructed.
- Failure to comply with health & safety regulations may result in removal from the class.
12. Personal Belongings
- Participants are responsible for their own belongings.
- VCUarts Qatar is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
13. Building Access
- Participants are only permitted in designated class areas during scheduled class hours.
- Unauthorized access to restricted areas is strictly prohibited.
14. Minors
- Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Minors are not permitted to move around the building unsupervised.
