An endpaper is a leaf of paper at the beginning or end of a book, especially one fixed to the inside of the cover. They are often overlooked. In our excitement to read the book, we seldom notice them. They are not admired like a book cover and no one judges a book by its endpaper. But book endpapers are an art form with the charm and history of its own.
