Summer Program Submission Scope 2026 Instructor Scope Brief (Creative Art & Design Workshops) Program Overview
We are seeking creative instructors to deliver a series of hands-on art and design workshops as part of the Summer Program (July and August 2026).
The program focuses on:
Creativity and self-expression Fun, engaging learning experiences High-quality, hands-on artistic outcomes Participants should leave each session with a completed piece they are proud of.
Target Audience Groups
Workshops should be designed for one or more of the following:
Adults (Mixed) Women Only Girls Only (16+) Children (Ages 3–5) – simplified format Youth (6–15) – structured learning Advanced Level Participants (Artists and Designers) Workshop Structure Requirement
Each workshop must:
Be exactly 2 hours Include:Max 20 minutes theory ~100 minutes hands-on practice Be fully planned to fit within the 2-hour timeframe Learning Experience Guidelines
Approach Hands-on and interactive Minimal lecturing Fun, engaging, and creative Encourage teamwork and participation Children’s Workshops (Especially 3–5) Simple, structured, and highly engaging Focus on basic skill development Use:Demonstrations Step-by-step guidance Visual examples Language Arabic-speaking instructors preferred Deliverables & Preparation Before the Program A clear sample outcome Preferably a short demo video During the Workshop Participants must:Complete a finished piece Take it home Workshop Themes & Ideas (References)
