Da(y)ta: an analysis of the self

“Da(y)ta” aims to interrogate my life between two cultures, Qatar and Korea. I explore my identity and sense of belonging by creating a visual manifestation of my life living as a third culture kid through designing data infographics. By presenting the collective data of my everyday life in a form of publication and a short video, I aim to raise awareness on the diverse spectrum of behaviors and thoughts that shape our sense of self.

By delving into the intricacies of my thoughts and behaviors, I hope to inspire others to ponder the deeper dimensions of their identities. My goal is to empower third culture kids and individuals from varied backgrounds to find belonging within themselves, emphasizing that it transcends the confines of place or culture.
