Fikria El Kaouakibi

Biography

Fikria El Kaouakibi holds a Master of Arts in Research Administration (MRA) from Johns Hopkins University, US. She works at VCUarts Qatar as Assistant Director of Research. Her work experience in research administration spans over nine years in various roles within Education City. This includes international research administration experience working with non-U.S. funders and collaborators, assisting in the negotiation of various agreements, as well as intellectual property, and managing IRB activities, She is currently the President-Elect for the international section of the Society of Research Administration International (SRAI). She was a member of the organizing committee of the VICRA conference in 2021. She has been an author in NCURA magazine
