In the final week, students bring together all the work they have developed throughout the program and transform it into a cohesive digital portfolio. With guidance from instructors, they learn how to present their projects clearly and professionally while reflecting on their creative growth and process.
Students document and organize their artwork, write artist statements, and explore the theme of “Journey” as they begin drafting a personal reflection for their portfolio. The week also includes guidance on portfolio expectations and presentation standards, particularly in preparation for applications such as VCUQ.
The program concludes with portfolio presentations and peer feedback, giving students the opportunity to share their work, articulate their ideas, and gain confidence in presenting their creative practice.
All required materials for this course will be provided by VCUarts Qatar.
