Steps and forms for Undergraduate students who have accepted their offer of admission and confirmed their intention to enroll:

• Please read through the enclosed forms thoroughly. They outline the various steps and actions you need to take in preparation of your enrollment at VCUarts Qatar. Some processes and procedures require you to know or complete your VCU Student ID V#. Your V# is mentioned on your admissions letter.
• Attend the Hayakom Event (see separate invitation for day, time and location)
• Applying for On-Campus Housing(if interested)
• Making your Housing Deposit and Paying Tuition
• Completing Immunization Requirements
• Laptop Requirement
• Where to purchase your Laptop
• Installing Anti-Virus Software
• Activating your vcu email(Use your VCU Student ID V#)
• Information for International Students
• First Year Introduction (FYI) Program Description (only for those admitted to FYI)
• Submit Final Transcripts

Steps, formalities and forms for MFA students who have accepted their offer of admission and confirmed their intention to enroll:

• Please read through the enclosed forms thoroughly. They outline the various steps and actions you need to take in preparation of your enrollment at VCUarts Qatar. Some processes and procedures require you to know or complete your VCU Student ID V#. We will inform you of your V# as soon as it become available (approx. end-April)
• Applying for On-Campus Housing (if interested)
• Paying your Housing Deposit and Tuition
• Completing Immunization Requirements
• Laptop Requirements
• Where to purchase your Laptop
• Installing Anti-Virus Software
• Activating your vcu email (Use your VCU student ID V#)
• Information for International Students (who will apply for a visa to study in Qatar)
