Become an Instructor

We are always looking for new instructors with creative ideas! The Community Education program is a platform to share knowledge, talent, and skills with the rest of the community. While having teaching experience is a plus, it is not a must to join the team and we often have instructors from various backgrounds. We are looking for innovative and creative individuals who are talented in their practice and would like to share their knowledge and skills with the community in Qatar.

VCUarts Qatar Community Education program does not provide flights and accommodation. We are focused on hiring locally.

Before submitting the form:

Browse the already offered classes on our website. When suggesting a class, keep in mind we specialize in Arts and Design.

Submitting the form:

Have your CV, biography, class outline and personal picture prepared. You will have to submit them with the form. The form will guide you and give you tips through creating a proposal.

After submitting the form:

You will receive a confirmation by email that your proposal has been received. The email will contain all the information you have submitted. VCUarts Qatar Community Education office will review your proposal. We try to keep our program responsive to the interests of the community.  Should we decide to offer your class, we’ll contact you by email to discuss further.  If your class is not selected, we’ll keep your proposal on file for the year and consider it again should our needs change. 

If selected, you might be asked to provide teaching materials for review.
