Transcripts

• Unofficial Transcripts: Students can access unofficial Academic Transcripts directly from their eServices account.
• Official Transcripts: Official Academic Transcripts are issued exclusively by the Department of Enrollment and Registration Services. They contain a VCU seal and original signature. Please contact the Department of Enrollment and Registration Services to request official transcripts.

Certifications and Other Requests

• Please contact the Department of Enrollment and Registration Services for certifications requested by future employers, government or funding agencies, etc. such as:
  • Certification of Enrollment
  • Certification of Degree Program Completion
  • Certification of Graduation
  • Certification of Study Abroad Participation
  • Certification of VCUarts Qatar’s medium of instruction being English
  • Etc.
• Issuance of such Certifications generally take 2 business days.
