Honors Program
- The VCUarts Qatar Honors Program, which operates under the auspices of the VCU Honors College, is an academic enrichment program that provides high-achieving students with more advanced and rigorous levels of study.
- Successfully completing the Honors Program represents the highest academic distinction bestowed upon undergraduate students by Virginia Commonwealth University. Admission to the program is selective and competitive, and Honors students must maintain a 3.5 cumulative grade point average throughout their education, complete a total of twenty-four honors course credits in a variety of academic and creative fields including a three-credit Honors Experiential Learning Project.
- Students who have participated in the Honors Program at VCUarts Qatar and who have met the stated requirements of that program graduate with “University Honors” wear the Honors College medallion as a part of their regalia.
