Join us for a Denim Development Workshop organized by Eco Lux Lab from VCUarts Qatar for the Shop Qatar Workshop Series.

The workshop will be led by Bill Curtin, a New York City (NYC)-based fashion designer and businessman who runs BPD (Blueprint Denim WASHHOUSE) and WASHHOUSE DENIM. 

BDP is the only denim washhouse in NYC. As a leader in denim wash and education, BPD instructs design teams from Ralph Lauren, Converse, Tommy Hilfiger, POLO, Urban Outfitters, Gap, Marc Jacobs, LOFT/Anntaylor, NIKE, Converse, Coach, Telfar, Alexander Wang, and many others on the latest trends and methods for developing a contemporary yet sustainable designer denim collection.

The Workshop:

In the two-hour workshop, Bill Curtin will explain his creative process and various methods of denim washes including wet and dry techniques. Curtin will also focus on the new codes of sustainability, pure denim, and his experience designing for celebrities and high-end brands.
