Biography

Abdul Rahman is a multidisciplinary designer and a materials enthusiast. He holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Virginia Commonwealth University in Qatar and an MA in Library and Information Studies from the University College of London.

Currently serving as the Coordinator for VCUArts Qatar Materials Library, Abdul Rahman’s research stems from material experimentation through various concepts, collaboration, and inquiries to better understand the potential of materiality as a catalyst for creativity and innovation in the context of Design.
