Biography

Amy Andres is an Associate Professor in the Libraries at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). She is also the Director of Libraries and Associate University Librarian at the VCU campus in Qatar. Her research areas include collaborative practices and professional identity in academic libraries and higher education. Andres has published in the Journal of Academic Librarianship and Art Libraries Journal. Her research areas include collaborative practices and professional identity in the context of academic libraries and higher education. Before this position, Andres held library administrative roles in the UAE and California.
