PI: Ryan Browning

The fund supported the creation of carpets,  paintings and sculptural objects that explore the personal mythologies, hidden narratives, and aesthetics that connect us to our possessions and influence our identity and inner motivations. The work represents an extension to the walled garden explored previously in Browning’s work, delving into the interior living space of the assumed fictional occupant.
